Cream Gulab Jamun

1. 1 Step 1: Boil the sugar, water and cardamom for 5 minutes to make a light syrup.
2. 2 Step 2: Mix the milk powder, flour, baking powder and ghee. Add milk slowly to make a soft dough.
3. 3 Step 3: Roll into smooth ovals with no cracks.
4. 4 Step 4: Fry on low heat, moving them gently, until deep brown, about 8 minutes.
5. 5 Step 5: Soak in the warm syrup for 1 hour.
6. 6 Step 6: Split each one and fill with whipped cream just before serving.
